Shipping

Your stickers are printed and cut by our print partner and sent by standard UK post. Most orders arrive 4–5 days after you place them.

We only deliver to UK addresses.

Postage is a flat £2.50, and free on orders of 15+ stickers.

Returns & refunds

If you're not happy with your stickers for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible — up to 10 working days after delivery. We'll look into each case individually and decide whether a full or partial refund is due.

Because your stickers are personalised, we can't accept returns the way a normal retailer might. Refunds are only offered in cases of defect or error on our part.
