Q: How do I order stickers?
A: Using your smartphone, press the Get Started button on our homepage. This will open a WhatsApp conversation with us with a prepopulated message already typed out - send us this message and we'll send you instructions for how to proceed!
Q: How do I send stickers using WhatsApp?
iPhone A: Tap on the button, shaped like a box with a peeling up corner, just to the left of the camera button. Then ensure that the sticker section is selected (not the GIF section). Tap on any sticker to send it.
Android A: Tap on the smiley face button on the left of the Message box. Tap on the far right button, shaped like a box with a peeling up corner, of the middle menu bar. Tap on any sticker to send it.
Q: How do I create stickers?
iPhone A: It's super easy to create great stickers on your iPhone. Simply open up any image in the Photos app, and then press and hold on the part of the image you'd like to become a sticker. The iPhone works some magic and will create a sticker for you. You have the option to Copy the sticker which can be directly pasted into WhatsApp, or to Save the sticker so you can edit it and send it later.
Android A: It's not quite so easy on Androids, however WhatsApp does have a feature now where you can create stickers from inside the app. Simply go to the sticker part of the keyboard and press the Create button. Alternatively you can use one of the many apps on the Play Store, however these vary in quality a lot.
Q: What shape will my Stickers be?
A: All our stickers are die-cut, meaning that we cut the exact outline of the sticker so that your real life stickers look exactly how they do in WhatsApp.
Q: How big will my Stickers be?
A: WhatsApp stickers have a resolution of 512x512 which isn't very high quality for print. Because of this we need to keep the sticker sizes small, and the largest dimension of the sticker you will receive will be 5cm (2 inches)
Q: Can I use my Stickers outside?
A: Our stickers are laminated to make them as durable as possible. However, they are designed to be used indoor and if used outside they will deteriorate much faster than if used inside.
Q: Do you offer proofs of the Stickers before you print them?
A: No. One of our main goals is to be low-cost and fast. If we sent proofs, our per-Sticker cost would be much higher and you wouldn't receive the Sticker as quickly.
Q: Is there anything you can't turn in to a Sticker?
A: Try us - we'll let you know if we can't print a certain Sticker and refund you any charges if the money has been taken.
