We post your Stickers using using Royal Mail 1st Class post, which aims to deliver on the next day (excluding Sundays).
We only deliver to UK addresses.
Royal Mail 1st Class costs £1.25 for Letters, however you have probably noticed that we charge £1.99 for postage. This extra cost covers packaging materials and time to pack orders and take them to the post office.
Returns/Refunds Policy
If you're not happy with your Stickers for any reason please let us know as soon as possible, up to 10 working days after delivery. We'll investigate case by case and determine whether a full or partial refund is due. Please note however due to the personalised nature of your Stickers, we are unable to accept returns like a normal retailer might. We will only provide refunds in the cases of defect or error on our part.
